We recently received our Colorsource cyc fixtures and are now deciding what channel mode we’re going to use.
So I was wondering how it works with the Colorsource cyc channel modes. The fixture uses 5 colors: red, green, blue, lime, indigo, which are all directly accessible if you put the fixture in its 7-channel mode. But the manual says that you shouldn’t use that mode because it isn’t calibrated.
The 5-channel mode only lets the user put in values for red, green and blue, so my question is whether the colors lime and indigo are then still used even though you can’t see them on the console.
