Cue List on external monitor not updating in real time

Question

I see that this issue has been asked before but not really answered. I'm running an external HDMI monitor on our ColorSource 40AV. The Cue List on the external monitor does not update as I change cues by using the Crossfader or the Play (GO) button. It almost always lags by at least one cue but typically it does not update on the external monitor for two or three cues. 
 I've found that if you move the crossfader just a tiny bit towards the next cue it will update the cue list on the external monitor. This is fine unless the next cue is very different in lighting parameters. So moving the crossfader just a tad is not a good solution. 
 Cycling the external monitor in the settings menu does not appear to fix the issue either. (Wish it were that easy) 
 For our techs having the Cue List on the external monitor is a big deal when compared to just using the screen on the console. 
 I'm up on the latest firmware on our ColorSource 40AV. 
 Any ideas? Will their be an update to fix this in the near future?

 I have been following the firmware beta for years (version 1.1) and this point has indeed already been raised many times, without corrections. 
 All I can give you as an observation is that the external screen is not always refreshed. One of the solutions is, for example, to put an IND button (1 or 2) on one of the programmable buttons, but only in latch mode (the toggle will not work either!), and when you press this IND1, it will refresh the external screen.
