This maybe entirely my imagination, but since upgrading to the latest software release I've noticed the desk feels a little sluggish. The 'hour glass' appears more often on what should be relatively simple key strokes, particularly the Record+ functions (e.g. Record + Focus). I've yet to actually plot/run a show on the new version software, although that is coming up very soon, so I'll be able to say more for certain if it's hanging more often. Is this something anybody else has experienced, or is it just my imagination perhaps?
To move a tab around, select it (easiest is to press [TAB] until the right one is selected), and then hold down the [TAB] key and press the right or left arrow keys.
Regarding your urgent issues, please contact ETC Technical Services directly, preferably by telephone.
Forums are generally not the best place to discuss showstopping or otherwise urgent issues - posts can easily get crossed over (as has apparently happened several times above), and it can take several hours to get a response from the right person.
There are several things we can offer, but it's best to chat to a real person to decide which route is the best for you.
