I'm seeing an image effect, set to animation or image , continue to rotate when the 'effect*' is set to rotation. All of the speed size options can be zero or have a value but there is no change in the speed of the rotation. It just turns.
The other scroll scale etc options respond to the different speeds and sizes but rotation currently is doing its own thing
Any thoughts?
