Hi,
I am very new to artnet and I will need to use an artnet device for pixel led on my next job.
I use Etc Nomad puck with cobalt and prog wing.
How do I output artnet? Simply throught the ethernet port on the puck?
I already have a router on this port so should I just plug the artnet device into the router?
I have NO idea...

You are going to run the artnet device into the router.
In the Shell under settings/network you need to activate ArtNet (its under output protocols) There are a couple of ArtNet options You probably want Limited Broadcast or Directed Broadcast.
Then under the Sessions tab you need to assign the Artnet Universe to a console universe.
You have to make sure the IP addresses are compatible with all fixtures in line.
