Okay, Im new AND desperate. Our church just received our Colorsource 20. I now know we needed to download the edit program in order to make profiles for all our weird brand lights. I did that. My only problem is that every profile I make will not access the white portion of my lights. It only mixes the RGB to create white and that will not work for our use. (unless I am missing something, I cannot get individual controls on each RGBW fader. I can only use the color picker or color graph.) Can someone PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE tell me what I need to do (in stupid terms) to get my profile or my board to access the white portion of our lights??? Do I sound desperate enough? I need this up and running in 72 hours from now.
