Hello Patrick, for urgent issues, please always contact Technical Service in your region directly as Ueli suggests.
It would also be good if you check the levels of the four faders above the screen. There is usally a "Playbacks Master" which would suppress the levels from those faders. Those should all be pushed to the top.
I have also send an email to technical suport.
It's not the master playback which is up to 100%. Anyway that cant' be it since even channel mode is not working. Any other idea?
We had the same problem with our console. The solution for us was a hard power cycle. Cleared it right up.
