TCP OSC behaviour with "String and OSC TX disabled"

I've noticed that Eos TCP OSC doesn't quite behave as I would expect when "String and OSC TX" is disabled

When "String RX" is disabled eos continues to send out messages (as expected) but ignores any inputs

When "String and OSC TX" is enabled however eos appears to mute all outgoing OSC except /ping - which it still replies to - this is annoying as it means that it is harder to interrogate whether a device is properly configured to communicate
