ETC ION and Colorsource Par random strobe

When I program a random strobe on the Colorsource Pars the look fine but playback with all the strobes in sync. Any ideas?

Maybe start with discrete delays?

I'm having the same issue. When going from 0-255 DMX value 165 is a constant strobe where as when going from 255-0 DMX value 165 is random. Playback of the recorded cue is a constant strobe. I've used ETC, Martin and Chamys software. I've updated the Software on the PARs. Any ideas? Thanks.
