[Bug] Recording a cue with stop-and-hold effects only records most recent effect

Steps to reproduce:

Run effects manually with stop and hold exit times

Record a cue

Only the most recent effect is recorded into the cue.

Workaround:

Go into blind and enter all the effects in blind
