Conflict with RDM

Sorry to hear about the issues. Can you describe more about what you mean about "conflict in the DMX" - does the fixture flicker in response, or does something else happen?

Sounds like a problem with the way they have implemented RDM in the fixture or a problem with the DMX configuration/installation.
RDM traffic is pretty unforgiving if something is wrong.

I would suggest turning it on if you want to readdress something and then turn if off once you're done.

I don't think this is a Eos/Cobalt problem.

It has been very useful. 

Just to be clear this link is a list of people that do RDM but they won't confirm it's implemented correct.
They don't confirm anyone does.

I've been to one of those plugfests and they are made up of people that are not using equipment day to day in the real world.

I can assure you ETC do there best to conform to all the rules & standards.
If you want to use RDM use it for setup and then turn it off!

I do not question EOS, nor the professionalism of ETC, I know that the problem is in the focus of led (the silence of the manufacturer of Spotix-7 so indicates) ... in addition to now indicate in their products the full compatibility with RDM. ...... Spotix-7 has now discontinued it.
