Missing NPs

I'm having trouble getting NPs to show up on my offline editor. No intelligent fixture is showing any FCB parameters on my screen. This is completely different on my home computer which shows all NPs for these fixtures. Same show file.

with an empty command line press About. check if any Fixture Library is listed

Thanks! No, it seems there's no fixture library present. I've not had this problem before.

is the windows user account you used to install different from the one you're using to run nomad?

That's likely. I'm on a desktop computer at a job-site. Do I need to download the software again with this user?

it's not about downloading, it's about installing. either install nomad again with this user. or download a fixture library patch (library update) from the ETC website and in your nomad, go to the shell, settings, general, software update and point it to the zip you downloaded. this should install the library for your current user
