Recently I tried to map submasters (On/Off) to a USB MIDI controller (Note On/Off) directly via the ShowControl and found it to be unusable, as there is a massive lag/delay.
I have used the controller with EOS before, using Luminosus to convert MIDI to OSC, which works flawlessly.
I tried the controller via USB MIDI on a few different PCs running different versions of Nomad, an EOS Ti and a GIO with the same results on all systems.
I haven't tried to connect the controller via the consoles MIDI-ports but I can definitely say, that USB MIDI does not work the way it should.
