Gadget Firmware Update

Hello,
I saw that you also commented on another thread regarding update on Gadget II.  Just to confirm, this is a Gadget I?

Does it show up on the list of Firmware Update at all?  If so, what is the current firmware?

its for a Gadget I. i went to the software search and entered Gadget where i get a 1.4.2 version. download, etc. it does not show up in the list once i click the I/O button. current version: 1.4.1.9.0.3 needs: 1.4.2.9.0.5

the gadget shows up in RED in the Detected Modules window

OK- it should be updatable via the upgrade I/O firmware button on a Windows 10 PC then.
A few things to check:

Please wait at least 45 seconds for the console to see the Gadget as updatable.  It can take a bit of time.

Please make sure no other programs are using the Gadget in the background.  If you have Updaterator or Net3 Concert installed, please make sure they are closed.

Ensure that your antivirus program isn't blocking the USB communications.  You might need to disable it temporarily.

that didnt work. when i click the Ugrade I/O button it greys out, the gadget disappears from the Detected Modules window, and the I/O Downloader opens, then nothing happens
