Kino Celeb250 colour temp not matching from ION console to fixture

Hi. Just curious about the discrepancy between the colour temp on the Ion versus the displayed temp on the fixture when controlled by DMX. I put 5500k into the board but when looking at the head there is a much lower temperature displayed on the screen of the fixture.

    Hi there,

    We should check what DMX value the console is outputting on that parameter when 5500K is selected. If you capture the channel and hit the About button to see current values on the channel - what values are being shown in the Color Temp parameter? Additionally, what software version and fixture library version are you currently running?
