We're coming up for our first update and somewhat nervous. Currently running v2.7.2 software and v1.0.0 firmware so ETC service recommended we upgrade to software v2.7.4 and firmware v1.0.1. Visiting the ECT Site I can see version 2.8.3 release notes but not how to download it. The firmware does not look like it has changed with the original suggestion so would we need to take any more steps to install it. Is the 2.8.3 still at the same firmware level? And if we do have to update the firmware at any time I'm still not sure of how best to achieve this.
