Etc eos project pc?

Question

So I recently went digging around on the etc website and I looked at some of the drawing blocks and a file named "Project PC" caught my eye. It kind of looks like a rpu or a rvi without the face panel. I'm curious of what it might be used for. I couldn't find any info online but here's an image of the .dwg file:

The larger and more complex a system is the more likely a dedicated PC makes sense. Lot's of equipment has configuration and monitoring software. 
 If you want a PC in your equipment rack then ETC will happily load their software and of course provide the hardware. A keyboard and mouse in a drawer is a good addition.
