Virtual HSB / Intensity parameter count

I'm forgot how this works and I wasn't having any luck finding it in a manual. When you do something like create a simple RGB 3 channel fixture profile, does the virtual HSB and intensity parameters count toward your license count?

the console license is about addresses, not about parameters. so as long as a fixture isn't patched with an address or if in a fixture profile the parameter doesn't have a number in the DMX column (i.e. is a virtual parameter) it does not count.
