Flashing LED Lights

First question is what fixtures are they? Are they addressed and patched correctly? Conections I gather are constant power (not from a dimmer at full) and DMX cable.

If they are a budget fixture is there a strobe setting in the intensity parameter like 0-75% ints and then 76-100% strobe? 

This is where I would start looking. Let us know a little more info.

They are d40 lustr+ and they all appear to be patched and addressed correctly. They are wired with DMX and for some we are daisy chaining the power but other are connected straight to non dims. I’m not entirely sure about constant power but their control mode is currently dimmable. There is no strobe setting and if there was it is not working for all the different colors.

if you have connected them to non dims that are controllable from the board it's worth noting that you will get two different channel numbers.

so you might have Chan 901 with DMX address 1/157 to switch on the power
and the LED fixture itself could be controlled by Chan 11 on address 3/15 (plus some additional consecutive addresses depending on the mode)

the non dim for the power should be at full all the time, and the LED light goes into the cues and changes intensity and color

The non dims are at full and I have been messing with their control modes but nothing seems to be working

the control modes depend on the product of your non dims. if there is a "switched" setting or "relais" or something along that lines that would be a good guess. but only the manual of that power product will be able to help you with that.

ok, so let's pretend for a second that the non dims are not the problem. when you control the LED fixtures, what does work, what doesn't work?
