It has been a while since I've needed to program a show on a SmartFade, so perhaps I'm forgetting something trivial, but I cannot figure out how to get the show I created in SmartSoft onto the SmartFade. I thought it just happened automatically when I opened the showfile while SmartSoft was connected to the SmartFade and in online mode.
Version of SmartFade and SmartSoft are both 3.0.9.something.
Can anyone provide me with help on this? I have so little access time at the theater that I really need to be able to program as much of this offline as I can.
