Is the visualizer on another computer? In order for Hog PC to send Artnet you must have an external DMX widget attached and mapped. Also looks like your port numbers are not matching.
Do you have a DMX widget? That's the ONLY way to get art net out of HogPC. The widget unlocks an art net universe. Without the widget, you can't output Artnet from HogPC.
