Hello, we've just received a full boar 4 console and i'm trying to connect it to a dp 8000, the dp software upgrade was ok, but the console does not find it, i'm doing everything as it is in the manual but still does not work, i hope somebody can help me about this...
- Make sure the Net # of the DP is set to "2" or higher - Check your IP settings to make sure they match the console's IP + Subnet range - Make sure you are using the HogNet adapter ports on both the console and the DP to connect via ethernet cable (vs the FixtureLink ports).
