Hi just updated my Hog4 this afternoon to 1.1.3 and now both of the main touch screens have stopped working but center screen is fine. i have done a system restore but still nothing. at time of update i had 2 x elo touch screens plugged in i have since unplugged these and deactivated them in the settings window
When you say they do nothing do you mean that when you touch them the mouse does not appear or does the mouse appear on a different monitor? Please ISO the desk again with no external monitors attached as see if that helps. I have not seen a problem with the internal monitors stop responding after an update.
Okay, I'm glad you are up and running. When the touchscreens quit working did the Front Panel work? When upgrading to 1.1.3 we do a firmware update on the playback board, your touchscreens should work during this time but I wonder if your board was updating and your touchscreen did not work while the update was occuring.
I wonder if the front panels boards got stuck while upgrading. Not sure but I when the choose buttons flash like that it means the board just took its firmware upgrade. Let me know if you see this again.
Michael. If you can, talk with Robbie about this. He and I have discussed this issue happening with my 4 as well....if it is the same issue. Apparently it is something within the Linux OS and not the Hog4 software.
