We just received a new Road Hog 4 that seems to have an issue with the touch screen. The touch screen either does not work at all or there is an extreme lag. I have tried calibrating the touchscreen many times with no luck. Is there any reason why the touchscreen would not work right out of the box?
Please call tech support as they can help you faster. Your monitor should work correctly right out of the box. Please check and see if an external monitor is enabled, if so disable it. After you recalibrate please reboot the desk.
