Tracking-Black Out Help Needed

Here's a simplified example of my question...

Let's say I record channels 1-5 @ full into Cue 1.

I take channels 1-5 to 0 and record my black out to Cue 2.

I decide that I want channel 6 @ full back in Cue 1.

Channel 6 now tracks into my black out Cue 2.

When I'm recording a "Black Out" cue, is there a way to keep changes to prior cues from tracking into the black out cue?

Thx.

  • To make a BO cue that doesn't take any tracking. I suggest using Live Enter @ 0 Enter Live @ 0 Enter @ 0 Enter and then record the cue.
After that you have all your fixtures @ 0 in a cue and it stays as a BO cue unless you add more fixtures to the fixture schedule.
