Hi all need a little help with some simple Forerunner scrollers. Since they are one channel I used the "generic" scroller profile on my RoadHog4. Profile works great but the scrollers are not moving to their new color in the blackouts. Movers and other intelligent fixtures are all marking properly- but not the scrollers... Do I need to do something to the scroller profile I chose? Should I have used a different profile for a single channel fixture - thanks!!!
If you used the single channel scroller profile, thats likely your issue. you need to use the "scroll Dim" version. Without the intensity channel, the desk doesn't know when the fixture is out.
