We were just shipped a playback wing 4, I am attempting to connect it to a windows 8 pc running hog pc 4 and cannot get the touchscreen to properly calibrate. Before I calibrate the windows computer, touch is read in exactly the opposite area that I touch. If I press in the top right screen the input is on the bottom left. As I move my finger up, the input goes down, when I go left it goes right. After I calibrate the windows computer the touch is only off by a few inches, but I cannot get it to ever calibrate correctly. Do I need to set a specific resolution? Or download a specific driver? I had issues with the driver for the wing itself at first and had to manually re install it. The wing works great now, but the touchscreen just won't calibrate.
When I remember correct you need to specify in windows that booth screens are touchscreens and that the touch-area is extended on those two screens. But I cant remember how this was done. Especially Win8 might be different to Win7 which I´m using
I'm having the exact same problem. Does anyone have a solution for this? Touch has worked great on other external monitors, but not with the Playback Wing.
