Is there any way to change the cross fade on my road hog for chases? When I hold the choose button the encoders allow me to change rate and size but no cross fade as the manual would indicate. When I manually type in the crossfade there seems to be no effect. I can change fade times but the crossfade should be relative to the bpm of the chase.
There seems to be no encoder wheel option to change the cross fade rate when you hold down the choose button. The option is available in the que list options menu. Is there a reason this feature was removed?
Manual is showing the state of older software builds. With the introduction of efx-size and efx-rate for encoder options the crossfade for chases was removed.
So the question still is , how do you change crossfade of a chase I would have thought that would be more used than effect times or at least there would be an optioj to tell the cuelist it contains effects , either way I still think its a huge oversight to get rid of the crossfade option when holding down choose Also dont really need intensity in a wheel mikey
Efx-time and rate was very often asked as an option for fader or encoders and my guess it is more often used then x-fade for chases To have intensity is necessary so that you can control intensity of virtual cuelists or cuelists that are assigned to a playback-bar without having a wing assigned to it.
Thats not really that good , it should be an option so if you are busking live with dimmer chases etc there is no way to live adjust????? think about it not really clever to remove that option m

I'm thinking the same thing...not cool that it's gone. I used this function a lot on my punt page.
I dont know when i used my last chaser. Must have been a long time ago. I program more with timing, grouping and buddying. I guess there had been more requests for Efx-Rate and Efx-Size so they decided to take it away But with folding-masters popping up soon there might be the good chance to get it back
