Effect timing

This may be a long standing bug, so you may have it logged already.

I find that if I edit effect fade and delay time in the Effects Engine, the times do get recorded. However, if I suck the effect and timing back into the programmer, the effect fade and delay times default back to 2s and 0s.

On this subject though, it would be really useful to have quick access to Effect Fade, Delay and Path via tabs in the Editors, just like we do with all other effect parameters.

Is this a logged issue/request already?
