Correct, basically, the outer ring of leds is a fixture (has adjustable color and intensity), middle ring is a separate fixture with it's own unique color intensity controls, and ditto for inner ring. The Pan/Tilt fixture are affecting all 3 ring 'fixtures' but have no intensity.
