BUG- Deleting Steps in Macro fails first time

I've noticed that the FIRST time you try to delete a step in a macro, it fails.
Hold DELETE, touch step 2.
nothing.
Hold DELETE, touch step 2,
deletes successfully.
Hold DELETE, touch step 3,
deletes successfully.

Repeatable every show and everytime I open a macro to edit. I keep forgetting to post this as a bug
