DP8000 not upgrading software

Any tips or ideas how to make the DP to load the software?
One of my DPs doesn't want to upgrade from 2.7.0
I have tried using Hog-net with H4 and RoadHog4.
No result using upgrade nodes or force reload. (Settings were correct cause the other DP upgraded)
No result using USB stick. I tried 3 different sticks.
Whatever I try it just boots to 2.7.0

    Yes I tried that too...
    While I tried the Uprgade Nodes method I noticed the following error.

    But the most strange thing that USB method does not work.
    I have had a bit bad luck with my units. This is the second time this unit is going for service.
    The other one has been once. Both units are about 5 years old and never touring, just sitting in cooled rack.
