Dimming issues with ADB ALC4 V2

Hi guys,
Anybody run into this little issue with ALC4's:
When I set a CTO value and bring the dimmer up, it only goes to CTO at 100%.
So it dims up in LED white and snaps to CTO value at the top of the fader!?.
