Mbox Studio/Mini v4 fixture profile requested Nov 1

I hate to complain but I put in a request for PRG Mbox Studio and Mini version 4(update from 3.10) fixture profile on Nov 1st. I heard nothing so emailed hoglibraries@barco.com on Nov 14 and still have heard nothing back. There has to be a better way of doing this. MA has had the profile for months. Once the fixture builder is revamped I believe the manufactures or we would build the profile. Again sorry about complaining but I'm just frustrated that I can't use my new toy.

    They do have this profile now. But what I have found is that on the studio version, you can not control the layer volume of any of the 12 possible layers. Its real world value is only 100%

    You can however control the global volume on the global master because its global master's real world value is 0>100%

    If you try to copy the fixture profile and build a new one, according to the manual it "loses its unique values" that make the fixture function. So you can't even build a working one yourself.

    This profile has bene in multiple revisions and to my knowledge is still not working right. I posted about this and got no response
