Can an administrator tell me why fixture library requests are taking so long?
I put in a 10 channel request for an LED 24 X 18w RGBAWUV par November 14th. I have normally received profiles back with a week or 2 max. It is a month and a half later and I am wondering what is causing the holdup on user requested fixture profiles? Please have someone at Barco email me an answer. I purchase new lighting quite often and have projects on a weekly basis, so I am asking to get an updated answer on how long the profile request process takes currently. It used to be 7 days. What is it now?
Hi, if you send your name, email address, etc. and what fixtures you requested, I will follow up. I didn't see anything from Jawbone. It should take about two weeks. Please send your info to mitch.peebles@barco.com
In the mean time, a fixture like this could be made in the fixture builder in about 60 seconds. Take a look at Colins tutorial video on the fixture builder and give it a go. There is also some helpful info in the help menu regarding the fixture builder
Lot of request are double request for the fifth copy of an LED-Par... Just another name with the same dmx-chart of an already existing fixture. Would be great if we could see in the fixture-schedule the DMX-chart of an fixture.
