Highlite / lowlight

Hey guys
Pretty sure this has been adressed already.
Been playing around with highlite / lowlight palettes recently.
I have 12 Robin 800 mode 2 (fixture 101 thru 112).
1. 101 thru 112 at full color white
2. intensity color record intensity 1
3. right click on palette 1 - set as highlite palette
4. at 20 color 2
5. intesity color record intensity 2
6. right click on palette 2 - set as lowlight palette
7. clear

Now i have a stage look with 101 thru 112 at full output.
I select 101 thru 112 and press highlight followed by next.
My lowlight palette is not working.
What is done wrong?

    My guess is (and you'd have to look at your programmer window) how you're selecting the fixtures.

    Are you typing 101 THRU 112 HIGHLIGHT NEXT (in that exact order)?
    If so, if you look at your programmer window, because 102 thru 112 have no information, as soon as you hit NEXT, you now only have 101 in the programmer. If the other fixtures aren't there, then there's no LOWLIGHT information.

    I generally would do the following...
    101 THUR 112 AT FULL ENTER (now you have information for ALL fixtures)
    Press Highlight (they should all go to highlight)
    Now press NEXT and you should have 101 in highlight and 102 thru 112 at lowlight.
