External artnet control over a cue

I would like to use an artnet input to control a cue fader.
So if I am receiving Artnet 15.0 (Universe 16, Ch1) fow do I make the control a cue fader or specific cue.

There is no external artnet control over parameters. The only outside interface is Midi or OSC.

I always use a CueCore from Visual Productions when I need stuff like that.
Small Solid State hardware, with a web-interface.
Very easy to programm, converts almost everything to everything.
