Show join failure Hog4 PC V3.8.0 b 1577

I couldn't start with my windows 10 (Ver 1709 b16299.251).
I tried following.
Disable all network cards.
Turn off anti virus software( Kaspersky internet security 2018)
Turn off windows fire wall.

I had "Show join failure" window.
Does anyone have any idea?

    I found the cause of the issue.
    After I enable security keyboard in Kaspersky internet security 2018, Hog4 PC will stack Show join failure.
    I tried following.
    Uninstall Kaspersky. Hog4 PC is working fine.
    Reinstall Kaspersky. Still fine.
    Enable security keyboard, then restart windows (require for enabling procedure).
    After reboot windows Hog4 PC has been stacked.
