I know this might be the wrong place for this, but is anyone having trouble getting responses to emails. I have emailed Mitch about issues and got a message that he is out of the office. I assume at Pro Light and Sound, His email said to contact Joe or Maegan. I contacted them both and no one has responded to me about my issues.
