Hi there comunity from the mexican carribean, Im Angel from Encore AV company that buy a Hoglet 4 as a lighting borad and i have a issue whit the desklamp that when a show starts the lamp its on but when the show its already running the lamp dimoff and i need that lamp on
i try using setup key + encorder wheel number 1 but it dosent work, the light remenid off
