Hi, I'm a student working with the road hog console, The first one I think. I want to update the firmware to it's latest version ! what is the latest version I can use with this Road Hog Console. Thank you.
See: Section 36: Upgrading and Care of the Console for instructions on how to install software, please read them carefully, because different steps might need to be taken on different consoles, as well as from each software version the console is currently on. Refer to the release notes
Keep in mind that a full install will completely wipe the console, any show files, or libraries on the console will be wiped, It is recommended to backup these files to external media before updating.
The latest software version is 3.10.0 and can be found here under "Hog4" and "Software downloads".

Software versions 3.9.0 and above will require the ETCHER application. Software versions 3.8.0 and below use the LINUX LIVE application.

I've HedgeHog 4X with 3.8.0 installed in it and I'm trying to do full install to 3.10.0 without success. I still get the Failed to copy from CD-ROM error message. I followed exactly all steps and I tried with different USB sticks and even tried both ETCHER and LINUX LIVE without luck. It looks like Detect and Mount CD-ROM issue. Please any advice ?
Did you use the ".iso" file or the ".msi" file? What size is the USB flash drive? make sure to use a flash drive less than 16GB. Linux Live will for sure not work for 3.10.0
