Touch and Suck is all about grabbing values from the output, so not applicable here. You need to use Copy.
Strictly speaking it would be Cue x Fixture x thru y Copy Enter
I tend to find myself making my fixture selection first in this scenario then simply Cue x Copy Enter. It works and saves pressing Fixture.
You can also select the option State which will not just copy the values in the particular Cue, but also the tracked values from previous Cues in the List.
