Hi all! I have a strange issue. My blue Hog 3 USB widget is not working correctly. It is connected to Hog 4 PC (latest version), and is recognized by the software. I have it properly connected and mapped in my DP8000 config. The “active” light comes on, but the “Link” light never does, nor does the DMX indicators. What could be wrong? Thanks!
Sure I'll give it a go next time. Can I ask within the settings of the console I can see all the connected devices. Internal widget-8742 4.1(0,0) External widget-11303 4.3(1,2) I know they are unique widget IDs but what does the 4.1 (x,x) number identify? Cheers C
Thanks Mitch, Is there any remote possibility that different firmware within the console and external widgets could cause an issue with the physical outputs.
