Try opening the Shows window, SETUP->SHOWS Press BACKUP here. Save it to the Shows folder on the console, do not try to save directly to USB for example. In the Look In pop down box at the top of the window, it should say Shows. If it does not, take it to Hog 4 PC and select the Shows folder. Give it a new name, something simple such as "1", and see if it will backup.
As a test, start a new show and immediately try a backup and see if it works as expected.
