Hi, is it possible to re-assign the flash button on a physical master? So you can have the fader control the intensity of a fixture, but the flash button like a strobe for the fixture.
Under the fader options, set Go key to GoTo (Cue 1) Pause key to GoTo (Cue 2) Back key to GoTo (Cue 3) Flash key to GoTo (Cue 4) Hold [Choose] and make the Fader HTP.
For Cue 1 assign a comment macro for GS1 (Go Scene 1) For Cue 2 assign a comment macro for GS2 (Go Scene 2) For Cue 3 assign a comment macro for GS3 (Go Scene 3) For Cue 4 assign a comment macro for GS4 (Go Scene 4)
Create an intensity effect Record Scene 1 Create an intensity effect Record Scene 2 Create an intensity effect Record Scene 3 Fixtures Strobe @ 10hz Record Scene 4
Set the "Action at end of scene" to "Add release end cue", Set the release time to 0 seconds for the 4 scenes. [Scene] [1] [Thru] [4] [Time] [0]
If you want to control the Effect size and scale, you can make a batch.
I have made a showfile with this done that you can download (Note it will only load on 3.9.0 and above).
