effects segments in a Cue

Hi is there a way to record different segments for an effect?
I would like to change the segments of the effect in a cue list. Like : Cue 1 = 2 segments Cue 2 = 3 segments cue 3 = 4 segments etc.
I will change segments when the effect is running

After you record a cue, change the offset back to defaults, then apply the new segments option and record the next cue.

yeah that works but only on one specific effect?
I would like to change the segments with one cue list on different effects.
Like i have 5 different effects an will change the segments of all these effects with one seperate cue list.
