Can you video what happens in the log viewer when you backup?

To access the log viewer hit Setup and then Events. Setup is on the grey front panel events will be underneath your playback bar.

Have you tried making a backup from the shows manager? [ Setup ] -> (Shows) and in the Show Manager click on Backup

Also is this a managed computer like on a corporate or school network or are you the only user?

Your username has non-english characters in it. Can you try with a new user on the computer with the username only using English characters
