We are having some issues patching in a new DMX 30ch decoder. We are using the decoders to control RGB led strips. currently have them patched under Generic RGB LED as 10 fixtures. Tried changing the type to 10 cell and still didn't work. is there something else i could patch these under. its as if they aren't receiving any DMX signal. they work in fun mode, but nothing when connected via dmx. ruled out bad dmx cable, ruled out power issues, and also changed decoders and power strips, still no response.
