I don't think it's a Parallels thing as everything else on the system worked ok. Things went back to normal after a Windows re-start, but it is a good example of not being able to shut down H4pc as I could not access the setup key to bring up the control menu.
In the above corrupted state it didn't do anything. A force-quit was required. In the working state after a re-boot clicking on either x from the 2 main windows automatically quits to the launch menu which I think is wrong as it's too easy to accidentally exit a running show file. The quit/cancel dialogue only appears if you use the setup key.
Ross, for me this looks like a redraw/gfx issue. I´m using parallels with HogPC since ages and never had this happening. With VM machines its always hard to tell what the exact reason for this is.
The X was removed for exactly that reason. So now the HogPC works like a normal console via setup.
Have you tested the x thing Marc? I thought it had been removed but in latest release- I can only test in Parallels as I don’t have a pc - but it’s still there. Pressing the x of either main window quotes the application back to the launch screen. Tested again just now.
