BUG: HOG OS 3.15.0 midi timecode not working correctly

hi there, for a while now I've had the issue that midi timecode wasn't coming in as a time source, created multiple show files, and on all shooflies I found the exact same problem, it seems that at random sometimes the timecode will come trough, but after a couple of seconds the timecode stops coming in.
